GesturePermission names the moment when a minimal bodily action tests or produces a permission that has not yet been formally recognised. A pause, crossing, touch, occupation or refusal can discover whether an apparent limit is enforceable and whether others will follow. The gesture does not wait for complete authorisation; it probes the field through action. The operator identifies how small movements can open possibilities that institutional language has not yet admitted, while remaining exposed to unequal risks of sanction.
