EqualitySymptom names a visible manifestation of equality that simultaneously reveals the structural inequality that made it necessary. A quota, exceptional access route or symbolic representation may produce real improvement while exposing the failure of ordinary conditions to distribute the same capacity. The operator does not dismiss corrective measures as false. It reads their appearance diagnostically, asking whether the intervention changes the structure or becomes the visible sign through which persistent inequality is declared solved.
